Double-sided grinding
An annual processing record of 21.48 million units! Introducing our specialty in flat grinding processing.
"Double-sided grinding" is a grinding method using a surface grinder that allows simultaneous grinding of both sides by rotating two grinding stones facing each other and passing the workpiece between them. This method is used when mass grinding parts with parallel flat surfaces, such as disc brake pistons and washers. It is possible to grind workpieces with different upper and lower surface areas while maintaining the same allowance on both sides. It can also accommodate non-magnetic steels such as stainless steel and titanium. 【Features】 ■ Capable of mass production with stable precision ■ Reduces processing time by grinding both sides at once ■ Can grind metals that cannot be fixed with magnets ■ Compatible with non-magnetic steels such as stainless steel and titanium *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
